Prior to Actiance, Haasbroek was the senior vice president of global services at International Game Technology (IGT), where he was responsible for managing 55,000 endpoints and all customer-facing services, and consolidated more than 15 regional and functional service units into a single global organization. Before that, he spent nearly a decade in various executive roles at speech recognition companies Nuance Communications and BeVocal, helping transform the delivery model for speech solutions from on-premise to on-demand. As the first employee of DataFusion, he helped grow the compliance voice recording company to more than 400 employees with installations in over 65 countries. He was also a member of the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) Customer Advisory Board for many years and played an early role in laying the foundation of the group’s customer success discipline.
