With experience leading many of the core functions of SaaS companies, Brian Cramer takes a “whole business” approach to driving performance improvement. Brian’s mission is to grow the enterprise and customer base through product and service excellence. A strong believer in process and metrics, his focus is on continuously improving the operational capabilities of the firm to enhance the experience of current and future customers.
Before joining Smarsh, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer of Granicus, where he focused on customer support, professional services, and acquisition integration. For the past 15 years, Brian has held various leadership positions with software and software-enabled businesses, he and worked in the semiconductor industry in the U.S. and Asia earlier in his career. He holds degrees from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.
Parker Baldwin serves as Chief Financial Officer for Smarsh, and is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and treasury. He has deep experience in developing and executing initiatives that elevate operational and financial performance in both private equity-backed and publicly traded organizations in the technology industry.
Parker’s previous positions include Chief Financial Officer of Ivey Performance Marketing, Director of Finance at Mobile Technologies, Inc., and he also served as a former auditor with KPMG. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from Portland State University. Parker is also a licensed CPA in Oregon.
As Senior Vice President of Global Services, Leo Haasbroek is responsible for all critical customer-facing services including Data Center Operations, the Network Operations Center (NOC), Professional Services, and Customer Support.
Leo brings more than 25 years of technology services experience to Actiance, including vast expertise in SaaS delivery excellence. Prior to Actiance, he was the senior vice president of global services at International Game Technology (IGT), where he was responsible for managing 55,000 endpoints and all customer-facing services, and consolidated more than 15 regional and functional service units into a single global organization. Before that, he spent nearly a decade in various executive roles at speech recognition companies Nuance Communications and BeVocal, helping transform the delivery model for speech solutions from on-premise to on-demand. As the first employee of DataFusion, he helped grow the compliance voice recording company to more than 400 employees with installations in over 65 countries.
Haasbroek was also a member of the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) Customer Advisory Board for many years and played an early role in laying the foundation of the group’s customer success discipline.
Anthony West is regarded as an enterprise collaboration technology strategist, specializing in real-time communications platforms and B2B/B2C architectures that are critical to financial services and other regulated industries. Prior to joining Actiance, West oversaw all communications, collaboration, and electronic communications compliance infrastructure services at Credit Suisse. From this time, he acquired a thorough understanding of what it takes for regulated firms to deploy modern communication channels in a compliant manner to prevent costly fines and violations. His deep knowledge of customer needs and challenges are invaluable to his new role as Actiance’s CTO.
Anthony has a Masters in Information Technology Management from the University of Sydney.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Tim Price is responsible for the sales strategies and methodologies implemented by the Smarsh sales and marketing teams.
Tim is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience building and operating high-performance teams. He is the successful founder of two start-ups, and has public and private company experience including positions with InfoUSA, Yesmail, Abra Mobile, Accela, and XO Communications. Tim has deep expertise in Software-as-a-Service and agency-service organizations, salesforce automation, and lead generation. Tim works with teams to build predictable revenue and to create energy and commitment at every level in an organization.
Tim lives in Portland, where he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, skiing, hot yoga, and tennis. Tim attended the University of Oregon and is a diehard Ducks fan.
Bonnie Page joined Smarsh in 2013 as the company’s General Counsel. As General Counsel, Bonnie oversees legal compliance and affairs. Bonnie has extensive experience advising Software-as-a-Service companies through various stages of growth.
Prior to joining Smarsh, Bonnie was Senior Counsel at Webtrends, a service digital optimization and analytics company, and General Counsel at Inxpo, a Chicago, Illinois based Software-as-a-Service virtual event and webcasting company.
Bonnie has also served as an adjunct law professor to the small business clinical programs at both Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. She is an active member of the board of directors of both the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and ChickTech. Bonnie earned her J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in biology from Colorado State University.
Greg is a mission-focused leader who converts emerging technologies into successful solutions. He builds breakthrough teams and leads those teams with market vision and operational excellence. He champions agile product development and strategic product management to deliver just-in-time value to rapidly evolving markets. He is passionate about leadership, innovation, and creating success in the marketplace.
Greg learned the science of innovation at NASA where he pioneered the Internet's first system for B2B electronic commerce. He joined Premenos to launch the industry's first Internet EDI product and bootstrapped the next generation of B2B middleware with Cyclone Commerce where he delivered successive generations of Cyclone's flagship B2B gateway. Greg went on to build big data cloud platforms for healthcare, logistics, and financial services.
Barry Ruditsky, Senior Vice President of Business Development, brings more than 25 years of experience in global business development to Actiance. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at EMC Corporation. He has also developed sales channels to provide incremental, sustainable, and rapid growth at a number of leading startups.
A passionate leader with a combination of strong business skills and a diverse technical background, Ruditsky is a passionate leader whose expertise involves developing strategic multi-channel business partnerships that successfully generate revenue growth and increase customer success.
Mr. Ruditsky holds a Masters Degree in Finance from The State University of New Jersey, Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Brandeis University.
Scott brings more than 15 years of operations, product management, and software leadership experience in the enterprise and consumer markets to his Senior VP of Product Management position at Actiance. In this role, Scott leverages his product management expertise to translate customer and partner challenges into product requirements that advance the Actiance governance solutions for social businesses.
Prior to joining Actiance, Scott led marketing and product management for on-premise email archive vendors, Iron Mountain and Mimosa Systems, as well as served at Symantec Corporation on the product management team of Enterprise Vault, an integrated content archive and eDiscovery software business.
Before joining Symantec, Scott led the product management team at Verity, which produced market-leading enterprise search and classification technology. Prior to serving at Verity, he led the product management team at Inktomi where he managed Ultraseek, the industry’s first enterprise search product.
As Vice President, Corporate Communications, Lisa leads Actiance’s communications and public relations strategy, as well as corporate positioning and branding. Lisa has 20+ years in marketing and public relations having worked for startups, enterprises, PR agencies, as well as venture capital companies where she focused on branding, positioning and communications. She has a strong background in cloud computing, big data, business intelligence, analytics and in-memory computing. She was founder of SOASTA, the leader in cloud testing and has worked with BusinessObjects, Sagent, Infochimps, and GridGain, among others. Lisa holds a B.A. in English and a minor in Italian from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ian Hook leads Smarsh operations in Europe, where he helps rms ranging from international banks to single-o ce brokers navigate compliance, retention and supervision obligations and technology trends around voice and electronic communications.
Ian has more than 15 years of experience in nancial and regulatory technologies, and previously served as COO for leading voice-archiving and analytics provider Cognia, which was acquired by Smarsh in August 2017.
Sridhar Vutukuri is responsible for product development, Cloud operations, information technology, engineering support services, and building and running high-value engineering operations in Bangalore, India. Over the past 30 years, Sridhar has held numerous engineering management roles, and he possesses tremendous experience in product development and services across a variety of industries, including enterprise software, finance, banking, security, defense, and aerospace.
Prior to joining Actiance, Vutukuri was most recently head of Tumbleweed Communications' subsidiary in India where he successfully built and established a key engineering division for the company from the ground up. Before Tumbleweed, Vutukuri was Vice President of Engineering for CyberCash India Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in internet based payment systems. In that role Vutukuri served as the head of India operations and was responsible for technical direction, R&D, recruitment and external company communications. For nearly 6 years, Vutukuri worked for Tata Consultancy Services, the largest IT consulting firm in India, managing high-end consulting engagements, offshore development projects and complex system development for Fortune 500 companies. Vutukuri started his career as a design engineer in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. designing avionics systems and airborne process controllers for a combat aircraft.
Mr. Vutukuri holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SVU College of Engineering in Tirupati, India
