End of Life Notices

Our policy is to support the past TWO full versions of each product. Listed below are the older versions of our products whose support will be ending soon or has ended.

Vantage/IMAuditor Software End of Support:

The current version of Vantage is 11.0.1SP.

The following table lists the release and end of support (EOS) dates for older versions of Vantage/IMAuditor.  After this date, Actiance will not release any software maintenance updates, bug fixes, or filter and firmware updates for the versions that are end of support.  Please check back with this page periodically for the latest information.  Additional questions may be directed to the Actiance Customer Support team at support@actiance.com.

RTGuardian (RTG):

Actiance announced the end-of support for Actiance RTGuardian (RTG).  Customers with active support contracts receive support through December 31, 2010.  More information on affected products, end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates can be found here.  Additional questions may be directed to the Actiance Customer Support team at support@actiance.com. Customers can also contact their account representative about migration plans to USG.

Greynet Enterprise Manager (GEM):

Actiance announced the end-of-sale and end-of support dates for the Actiance Greynet Enterprise Manager (GEM) product line.  The last date to order GEM was December 1, 2009. Additional questions may be directed to the Actiance Customer Support team at support@actiance.com.  Customers can also contact their account representative about migration plans.

X-Cleaner Support:

Actiance no longer supports or maintains the X-Cleaner product.  Current customers as of February 24, 2009, have been provided a product code to download a free year's subscription to Sunbelt Software's CounterSpy product to insure the continuation of their desktop antivirus and anti-spyware needs.  Questions may be directed to support@actiance.com.
