Partnership Levels

Premier Partner

Actiance Premier Partner status represents the highest level of reseller certification.  It is reserved for partners who have made a significant commitment to actively sell Actiance solutions, maintain a well-trained sales force, and provide first-line technical support to end users.

Premier Partners receive 24x7 priority technical support, field-based regional sales managers, and priority marketing funds. The Premier Partner level is for organizations that make a significant investment in Actiance solutions through a combination of:

  • Certified sales engineers
  • Trained sales representatives
  • Revenue achievements
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Joint marketing programs

Authorized Partner

Actiance Authorized Partner status requires a solid understanding of how to sell and support Actiance products. Authorized Partners have committed to maintaining a prosperous business relationship with Actiance and are recognized and rewarded for that commitment.  Authorized Partners will demonstrate that they have qualified skills, reached revenue thresholds, and have successfully sold security solutions.  This partner level enjoys an exceptional benefits portfolio, including access to Actiance sales and marketing resources.

Distribution Partner

With the support of accredted distribution partners, we are committed to helping our partners find new ways to grow by providing in-territory resources.  Our comprehensive suite of services ensure Actiance partners have the right combination of materials, equipment, and resources to take advantage of new opportunities.  Our distribution partners provide support with core distribution services, including expert sales support, technical and engineering assistance, proven marketing programs, customized financial solutions, and superior logistics.
