announced they have entered into a joint marketing agreement that
will give customers the option of adding FaceTime's IMAuditor to
Jabber, Inc.'s XCP (eXtensible Communications Platform). Jabber,
Inc. is the leading developer of open architecture for
enterprise-and carrier-class presence-enabled communications,
including instant messaging (IM), while FaceTime Communications is
the premier provider of security, management and control solutions
for instant messaging and other forms of real-time enterprise
communications. While both companies already provide NASD and SEC
compliant solutions for logging and archiving of instant messages
sent from within and to financial services organizations, the
companies indicated that this agreement is a move to provide
customers with increased flexibility in choosing an application and
