ZANTAZ Partners With FaceTime to Offer Regulatory Compliance Solutions for Instant Messaging Over Public Networks

ZANTAZ Integrates FaceTime IMAuditor Product With its DigitalSafeTM Archiving Services to Support IM Needs of Financial Services Industry

As part of the agreement, ZANTAZ will integrate FaceTime's IMAuditor with ZANTAZ DigitalSafeTM archiving services to provide a comprehensive instant messaging logging and archiving solution that complies with federal and industry regulations for financial services companies. The combined ZANTAZ/FaceTime solution offers brokerage and other financial firms the ability to manage and monitor IM communication across all major public IM networks, including AOL, MSN and Yahoo! -- while complying with relevant SEC and NASD regulations. FaceTime will also develop an IM Connector that enables instant messages to be automatically routed to the ZANTAZ DigitalSafe for archiving, searching and immediate retrieval capabilities.
